臺式恒溫恒濕試驗箱是航空、汽車、家電、科研等領域*的檢測設備，用于測試和確定電工、電子及其他產品及材料進行恒定試驗的溫濕度環境變化后的參數及性能。

恒溫恒濕試驗箱結構特點：
1.臺式恒溫恒濕試驗箱箱體采用數控機床加工成型，造型美觀大方，并采用無反作用把手，操作簡便。
2.內箱采用進口高級不銹鋼（SUS304）鏡面板，外箱采用（SUS304）拉絲不銹鋼板或優質冷軋鋼板噴塑，增加了外觀質感和潔凈度。
3.設有大型觀測視窗附照明燈保持箱內明亮，且利用發熱體內嵌式鋼化玻璃，隨時清晰的觀測箱內狀況。
4.箱體左側配直徑25mm或50mm或100mm的測試孔，可供外接測試電源線或信號線使用。
5.保溫材質采用高密度玻璃纖維棉，厚度為80mm。門與箱體之間采用雙層耐高低溫之高張性密封條，以確保測試區的密封。
6.設有獨立限溫報警系統，超過限制溫度及自動中斷運行，保證試驗安全進行不發生意外。
7.加濕系統管路與控制線路板分開，可避免因加濕管路漏水發生故障，提高安全性。
8.水路系統管路電路系統采用門式開啟，方便維護和檢修。

1. 臺式恒溫恒濕試驗箱控制器采用全進口LED數顯按鍵顯示屏，英文界面（韓國TEMI300）或液晶觸摸顯示屏，中英文切換界面（韓國TEMI880），
或進口日本“OYO”數顯觸摸按鍵溫度濕度控制儀。溫濕度控制可直接顯示，摒棄原有溫濕度相對照的缺陷。
2.資料及試驗條件輸入后，控制器具有鎖定功能，避免人為觸摸而改變溫度值。
3.控制器具有P.I.D自動演算的功能，可將溫度濕度變化條件立即修正，使溫度濕度控制更為精確穩定。
4.可選配打印機。能打印記錄設定參數和掃描出溫度濕度變化曲線。4~200mA標準信號。
