Abbexa SARS-CoV-2抗原快速檢測試劑盒簡介

這是一種定性的橫向流動免疫層析法,用于檢測人口咽、鼻和鼻咽拭子中的SARSCoV-2抗原。
該盒含有與金納米顆粒結合的抗SARS-CoV-2/COVID19單克隆抗體,金納米顆粒與樣本中存在的任何SARS-CoV-2抗原結合。抗SARS-CoV-2的單克隆抗體被包裹在硝化纖維素膜上的測試區域,該膜與抗原抗體復合物結合,并由于金納米顆粒而形成彩色線。盒式磁帶上端的控制區域確認測試是否成功。
